We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elizabeth Arden purchase; if you are not, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to maintain the integrity of our luxury skincare standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps and lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage, and include the provided return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
